Hadleigh House

Hadleigh House is situated on the coastal path route nestling between Dawlish & Dawlish Warren. Ideally situated for Coast, Town and the Moors.

Access to Hadleigh House is convenient for all, as we are situated close to the main line station at Dawlish, which is about a 5 minute walk away. Buses stop close by and there is on road parking for your car. However, it is down 30 steps so you do need to be bit fit. It is well worth the effort with a view of the whole coastline in front of you.

Hadleigh House has three rooms for visitors, two double rooms and a twin bedded room. All rooms have a hospitality tray provided and have a TV with Digital TV reception. Heating & wash basinsare in all rooms. Some rooms have sea views. £30 p.p.p.n. or £35 p.p.p.n. if staying 1 night.

There is a family bathroom located on the first floor adjacent to the guest bedrooms, and a shower room is on the ground floor. There is also a pleasant outdoor area, where you may want to enjoy an afternoon tea.

Dining Table

A full english breakfast is served in the dining room, special diets can be catered for as well. An evening meal can be ordered, however with the many restaurants and Pubs in Dawlish you may wish to try them, all are just a short walk away.

£10 for a 2 course meal including tea or coffee.
